Could be better

Pros

Standards are high, and you will find yourself surrounded by talents you could learn from.

Cons

Routine works are enormous, deadlines are too short, and seriously lack of man power. The company leadership tend to focus on what you did not archive or mistakes made rather than what you have done well.

Pros

great opportunities for international careers, fast paced, no red tape, good compensation package, multi cultural, business focused in all the positions / functions, wide range of exciting brands / products to work on

Cons

marmite like, could be ruthless, little upfront thinking: let's do it... then fix it, struggling at implementing their vision (poor cultural fit with the Health Care industry), getting too focused on very short term. Lip service on people related values: you are only worth your last 6 months and usually considered as an expensive commodity
