      With true ownership & empowerment comes responsibility

      Pros

      - You get to make the decisions; great empowerment - Great access to Senior Mgmt; they actually know who you are & talk to you - Fast progression if you perform well - Open & honest culture - Mgmt taking positive steps to address work/life balance (e.g. Summer Hours) - Business has moved/merged 3x in 18 months. A massive amount of change and therefore an evolving culture

      Cons

      - With the empowerment comes responsibility & pressure - Work/Life balance can be a challenge but its what you make it - It can be a marmite culture; but if you love it, then its a great place to be - Change can happen very fast

      Pros

      The pace of things is fast and decisions are made quickly. If you get frustrated with waiting for things to go through multiple levels of authority at a slow speed then you will find RB very refreshing. At RB they would rather be the first to try and fail at something than to deliberate for months on whether it is the right decision in the first place. It is a very open and honest leadership style here and achievements are celebrated openly with the whole company no matter where the employee sits in the hierarchy. The levels of ownership that RB employees are given is second to none in the industry and there are some of the best in class working here.

      Cons

      The work load here is heavy as it's a lean organisation but I much prefer that level of ownership and although life is very busy it is certainly never dull!
