Pros

Fast pace, never dull, and you will work with a diverse set of people that are pretty smart (mostly). You will definetly grow within your financial savvy.

Cons

Little to no direction. Sink or swim. Recognition/coaching mixed to limited. Managment can be abrasive, so if you don't have thick skin this is probably not the environment for you.

Pros

Company has very good benefits. It is a fast paced challenging environment that forces you to be at the top of your game.

Cons

Top level management in the N. American region do not value long term experienced employees and routinely "clean house" to lower costs. If you are an American the opportunities for advancement are limited as relocation outside the US is mandatory for advancement. The company runs extra lean and there is poor life/work balance.
