Pros

Fast paced, colleagues are great, you learn a lot and experience a lot while there

Cons

The workload is insane, you are rushed and stressed most of the time; you more oftentimes than not work overtime (even weekends to catch up on work) and the pay isn’t amazing , not highest payer in the industry

Pros

Good teamwork, amazing leadership, the escalations are structured from 2023 onwards.

Cons

Loyalty is not rewarded, sincerity does not matter if not able to boast on the achievements, that mentality may not be for everyone. Helping means taking out personal time and investing in others. If this effort is not visible, don’t step on the helper. Employees in Amsterdam have more opportunities to move and grow. Not the same for procurement representatives in other region.
