Pros

Some great people to work with. If you are self motivated then there is always work to do.

Cons

Global Management are directionless and couldn't give a damn. It is all about the bean counters. Hours were crazy, work life balance was insane and training non existent.

Pros

Lots of Overtime, great benefits, room for advancement with tenure. Large company with numerous plants, products, and brands. There is always something new coming down the pipeline and steady growth in all the categories: Health, Home, and Hygiene.

Cons

Work to Home life is very unbalanced, RB will work you 60+ hours a week, 12+ hours a day. Some stretches of 10-15 days without a day off with 12-hour days mixed in. Great opportunity for a young, single, and ambitious employee.
