Compensation package for delivering targets is unbeatable. The opportunities are tremendous especially if prepared to travel and go to tough jobs.

Cons

Sell your soul to the devil. The pressure to deliver is huge and this is not for the faint hearted. Highly misogynistic culture. If will I've to tough counties and climb over people then you can progress.

Some good colleagues in hq and abroad.

Cons

Negative culture breed by senior management has built a toxic environment to work. Difficult to understand who to trust and who not. Aggression is thrife. Talented and hardworking are not rewarded, the tactical and manipulative are.
