Pros

Competitive salary and good bonus if the company performs well financially. You’ll probably need the extra money for counselling though!

Cons

Toxic work environment. Most people are stressed, anxious and unhappy. Very aggressive culture from the top down and most departments under staffed. Avoid this place at all costs.

Pros

Big brands, large budgets

Cons

Finger pointing, back stabbing and toxic people, driven by a desire to control and keep their area of "power". Fake smile and very unhappy people. Sad! If you are a mid-senior manager, expect to have a though time doing your job, others including your direct colleagues and manager(s) will try to get you down instead of collaborating and working hand in hand with you. Senior managers will take credit for your ideas and blame you for not doing your job. HR people are ghosts on payroll, closing their eyes on bad behaviours and never rising a finger against the people "in charge".
