Pros

The team on the ground are great, friendly and willing to support each other. Office is nice, coffee etc provided.

Cons

Management preach work life balance but do not support this. Posters around the building stating rating for best place to work but whole work force disgruntled and under appreciated. Lack of freedom, they state they take feedback and ideas but never actually want to change. Working hours not appreciated with many people working 12 hours days taken for granted. Lack of support from HR and management, push people out rather than deal with items or concerns.

Pros

Alright pay, nothing amazing but given lots of opportunities as the company is so lean to get experience in lots of areas

Cons

Pay isn’t great and they would rather you work extra hours than employ anyone extra. Some managers are awful and in that position because they can deliver. However it’s at expense of the staff. Some managers have no personal skills or empathy and just keep pushing staff to work harder. Been present when staff have been shouted at my management

Pros

Great colleagues Salary is good, if you negotiate well Multinational company encouraging international mobility

Cons

NO work life balance Long hours, RB must be your life and top priority if you want to be appreciated, as most departments are understaffed. High burnout rate Poor talent retention with people leaving even after less than 6 month Big egos Lack of adequate training or onboarding in new position even for internal people
