      Teamwork : I was more than lucky for the Team that I had during my career in RB, we were a diverse team from all parts of the world. Worldwide experience : RB is a real global company, I had the opportunity to travel to key factories and commercial offices in North America, Asia, and Europe. Fast Moving : RB is a dynamic company , moving really fast all the time.

      Pros

      fast paced and action oriented company, even within a fast paced industry compensation is above FMCG average for most positions career progression opportunities are real if you can deliver under pressure

      Cons

      work-life balance is bad, no respect for personal life terrible systems, most are outdated and not aligned so many hours can be wasted arguing about the correct information, what system to trust lack of processes and many times responsibilities

      Mucinex is a good OTC product.

      Cons

      From upper management to the sales reps, they behave like junior high schoolers. A gossiping environment full of pettiness. Unattainable sales goals. Basically, they want you to chase HCP signatures but lie and tell you that's not what they want you to do. RUN, do not walk away. They hire children who behave like children.
