If you managed to get along with the people then you will be succeed, otherwise it will be tough to climb up.

Cons

Deadline always yesterday and manager always expected result immediate. Training was not provided clearly and there is no clear structure and procedure esp after they just merged with Mead Johnson. They expect everything fast and you must know everything by your own, no guide provided. If you want to have a taste of FMCG company, you can try..
