Fast paced work environment, good learning experience for early career development

Cons

Poor salary, high staff turnover, seemingly low career progression, use of contractors as ‘default’ staff meaning almost no job security

Pros

a) Working with great brands; b) Free gym; c) Share scheme.

Cons

a) Rude, bossy and controlling manager; b) Workaholic culture; c) Lousy location; d) Difficult career development for non-brand marketing functions; e) Working from home isn't well accepted. I worked in other multinational companies during my career and I've never given such negative feedback before.

-Great scope of brands -Allot of responsibility very quickly -If you are willing to work across different types of brands, you can build a vast knowledge of product development

Cons

-Business is marketing Lead. Many marketers that don't know the correct process for developing products this causes unnecessary risks and delays. -New stab in the back culture developed - Obsessed with money saving, is causing harm to innovations and product development -Short term objectives have prevented new innovations being adopted
