      Pros

      Strong foundation for brand management learning for MBA graduates, with high potential if the company strategically invests in it.

      Cons

      The internship resources were primarily geared toward undergraduates, with limited tailored support for MBAs with work experience and their distinct needs. A dedicated program manager for the MBA track rather than a shared one would help address these gaps.

      Massive company slow opportunities

      Pros

      Being part of a well recognised brand (Dettol, Durex, Finish, Calgon) to name a few) centric company. Generouses 10x salary death in service and Bupa health care. Operate a 3 day on-site flexible working arrangement. Everyone I encountered were nice and knowledgeable staff. Quite a lot of long term employees. Good acceptance and looking out for inclusivity. Yearly bonus system (not guaranteed). Share Save options. Reasonable pension contributions. Social calendar and charity offerings to get involved in. I think the FLP (future leader program) delivers great employees.

      Cons

      Pay is on the low side. Probably need to be willing to relocate or have the means to travel to meet the 3 days on-site flexible working.
