Pros

Clear mission Inspiring athletes World class projects Buckets of ambition

Cons

-Within some teams in the HQ (Fuschl) there is a toxic culture of workplace bullying. -Company politics are rife. -You are encouraged not to put things in writing, so that they can later be denied. - Leadership's emotional reactions often take precedent over rational decisions. - It is not unusual for Leadership to make major 'u turns' and deny that the direction has ever changed. This is usually accompanied by removing all documents from the internal systems (collaboration and bull drive) which referred to the previous project or strategy that no longer exists. In the words of leadership "we write our own history". This approach fosters a culture of denial and mistrust.
