      Only appears to be fun from the outside, until you start finding out people being fired or start quitting.

      Pros

      Fun events, free food, nice clean office, indoor parking structure

      Cons

      Cannot retain talents, most good employees are there just waiting to find the next job offer. Certain departments have growth potential but there's other departments where there is zero growth, poor leadership, and high turnover rate.. when you realise you learn nothing or you're doing more basic work than what you opt in for, you will start to think about leaving immediately.

This year, one of our annual goals is to foster personal and professional growth. In addition, we have increased our professional development funds for employees. I view every day as an opportunity for advancement and we take every measure to make improvements.

      Optimism all around

      Pros

      I have been working at SADA Systems since January and it so satisfying to be back at a company full of optimism. Everyone I meet and work with has a positive, hard-working attitude. I enjoy that the company is small enough that I know most people, but large enough to support high-quality benefits like PPO medical, 401k, unlimited PTO, social events, etc. I particular appreciate the hands-on involvement from the CEO and founders. They are highly visible and constantly working to ensure the culture and performance of the company. I am very impressed so far.

      Cons

      The 401k match is smaller and the vesting schedule more restrictive than my previous company.

      SADA is all about people

      Pros

      Been with SADA since December 2016 and the experience has been amazing. I've felt a real sense of family since I've started, for a company at this size and growth rate I thought it was remarkable that the CEO/upper management really does get to know each employee on a personal level. As an engineer I find it to be privilege to get to work with the cutting edge technology that I am passionate about under a management system that empowers me to make decisions and be autonomous in my day to day.

      Cons

      I don't really have anything negative to say about working at SADA right now, any potential employee would need to be prepared to work in a fast past results oriented environment. SADA is growing fast at the moment which can be positive or negative depending on what type of work environment you are personally looking for.
