Pros

Great company as a whole IF you work outside of US Commercial/Mid-Market Sales. Great brand recognition, nice office, company doesn’t mind spending money to ensure you have everything you need to be successful.

Cons

No work from home unless you are sick. Deals/good accounts are given to the same tenured reps, over and over again. You spend more time focusing on what you need to say to leadership in deal reviews v. finding new business. No time off allowed in December. Pay is less than similar jobs with better opportunities to succeed.

Thanks for your review. We are working to create a great work/life balance for our employees. It can certainly be more complicated with roles that require travel. Please speak to your manager when a trip or inability to work from home will cause you any hardship.

Good for starting a career

Nice workspace Approachable people Nice perks and flexible business hours

Cons

Low salaries. New hires usually start making more money than you. The annual salary review is a joke. Barely any training on the activities you have to deliver and no time offered for personal training. You are expected to behave as an expert when being alone with the customer no matter your experience.

As part of that compensation cycle, managers allocate the merit budget assigned to them (which is based on the performance of the company, team and on an individual level) to reward employees.
