Pros

The pressure is really low, you can spend days doing almost nothing.

Cons

It is impossible to trust management. You feel like you are being conned and mislead in every single decision. They really have to work on their soft skills. The sallary is way below the market. This caused a massive exodus in recent months. I strongly urge you to go somewhere else.

Pros

You can work from home occasionally. Paid time off is okay and decent benefits package. Bonus is usually five percent of annual gross pay. If you have a problem with management I do not suggest going to human resources. They will not be of much help and will side with management.

Cons

You're just a number at SAP. You have to take late meetings since the company is global. If you have a problem I suggest keeping it to yourself. Do not go to human resources for help no matter the issue.

Pros

Good name on the CV

Cons

If you are a junior (associate), it forces you into signing a contract that makes you to pay if you leave within 3-years. The fee can go as up to more than half your annual salary - I paid it and left after a year, like all the people that entered with me. It was that bad. No projects, some people wait for a project for 6 months, can't leave the company because of the fee. Projects are mostly not interesting or challenging, just leftovers. Salary is bad, and progression is non-existent Managers do not have time/interest to manage their employees, and get surprised when they choose to leave (and pay)
