Pros

Was at SuccessFactors in the early days through 2015 and truly enjoyed it. Management team responsible for growth was outstanding. A life changing experience for sure.

Cons

There was a huge culture clash between SAP and SuccessFactors. SAP bought us, so they had the right to operate as they saw fit. Unfortunately all A+ players left the company. Comp plans ultimately changed by SAP which was a big driver in the exodus.

Excellent pay and benefits package. Great products. Core sales teams members great people with whom I would work with again in a heartbeat. Company name a real 'door opener' at times

Cons

Spreadsheet-based sales performance oversight and micro-management by European exec. Laborious and complex internal sales, CRM, commercial and operational systems and processes. Very complex, multi-layered product and sales matrix structure leading to argument and confusion about who owns which piece of business

Most of the original SuccessFactors team members are incredible to work with. The work ethic is strong and they're a fun team to be around.

Cons

The culture and teams have changed since being acquired by SAP. The attitudes and expectations leave a lot to be desired.
