      Not the great SAP where I was hired years ago, but still good company to work.

      Pros

      - The entry level salary is still good compared to the market - The work-life balance is nice.

      Cons

      - Every week something new happen to force us toward efficiency and more work load is added, some of those new things are not what we were hired to do in the first place. - There is no well established career plan, everything is subjetive. - The entry level salary is high, but the salary difference between the person with no experience which started now in the market and another one with 20 more years of experience is short, really short. - Overvalue diversity, creating an inversion instead of a place where everyone one is equal.
