Every week we have gay/trans campaigns and events. People with conservative ideology feel are affraid of express themselves because the progressive people in the company are very aggressive and they don't accept other points of views or suggestions. A lot of people don't express their point of views because they are affraid of retaliation. SAP also is enforcing female to reach higher positions whatever the cost, this isn't a good policy as it'll desestimulate man to apply to management job because he already know that a woman will be automatically put in a better position during the hiring process.
