      Pros

      SAP is an innovative and human-centered company. The people I work with are fantastic and although the company itself is massive, the teams have more of a family vibe. Great benefits. Focus on work-life balance and care of employee's professional and personal wellbeing is at the top of the board's agenda.

      Cons

      The company has placed too much emphasis on hiring early talent, which sometimes does not necessarily translate into the best talent. Also in my experience, some early talent use SAP as a boomerang to get some experience and go elsewhere after a short period of time.
