      Possibly the worst experience of my life

      Pros

      - High salary for entry level employees - Chances for networking with many different people - Company is successful - Interesting work

      Cons

      - Manager was a sociopath who just wanted to make your life miserable - Inappropriate jokes and comments made by manager at your expense. Constant humiliation of employees on team. - Office politics, felt like high school, a lot of gossip - High workload, staying late almost everyday + working weekends - Nearly impossible to become a senior employee and senior employees often try to hide key information so they secure their jobs and no one gets promoted

      This is a hire and fire culture. Worst I've had the misfortune to experience.

      Pros

      Products are awesome and it's an army - no shortage of presales. Money is good too but only 40% of folk make their number. The rest get fired.

      Cons

      Senior mgmt and hire and fire culture. Too many products in my kit bag. Poor training. Badly organised. Your CRM is appalling.

      Very Cliquey - if you ain't in the right fraternity, forget it. Very exclusive. Annual Change Even if you perform, your job is not safe Constantly looking over your shoulder for someone coming with the knife
