Pros

Good basic salary, excellent benefits, nice offices, free lunch, good training. Good culture outside of the U.K. The other EMEA countries joke about the U.K. High staff turnover.

Cons

You need to ask about turnover of the sales team. More than 50% in 2015 & 2016. Most customers are frustrated that their account manager changes every few months. Most revenue comes from compliance deals and not value sales.

Pros

Good package, lunch facilities etc. Different departments to try if first one doesnt work out. That's about it on positives

Cons

Should never have joined. False promises/missold job. HR are faceless and not interested in getting involved. Promises that they're aware that things are wrong and need fixing but still beat you. Just a nasty toxic environment where you are just a number. Very short sighted as good talent just leaves.

Pros

Free canteen, good work ethic and culture within the workforce, some great technology and innovation.

Cons

Sales attrition rate is terrible, 50% + of sales team don't even last 6 months due to unrealistic and ridiculous targets. Old school management style based on fear and oppression, HANA take up is very slow even within the existing customer base. Endless micro management, cadence and scrutiny on a weekly basis to appease management results in zero time in front of customer. Compliance and Audits being the main show in town to make up the numbers.
