      Great products - deversified portfolio with innovation build-in in every layer. Highly skilled colleagues - profound experts in many departments willing to share their knowledge and contribute to the sussess of other teams, highly value their responsiveness and fairness. This comes from motivating management culture, enforced by the recent Board changes (Jim and Bill, as well as the recently hired Angelika to lead HR and give People the force at the top).
