Pros

Name Recognition, great people to work with - experts in their fields. Everyone very professional.

Cons

Too much of a cookie cutter approach. Need to think outside of the box. By the time the messaging is created and delivered to the field, it is so generic that there is nothing the differeniates the positioning of the various segments.

Great Company with good benefits and fair compensation scheme

Cons

Quite difficult to strike a work life balance, needs a lot of planning and determination to take a break at time when needed, you must manage your own time well and stick to what you originally planned. You are the one who will make or break!

Salary and benefits are top notch. Flexible work arrangement and abilitiy to work remotely are exemplary. Constantly changing competitive environment offer new challenges every day and make the job interesting and exciting.

Cons

Recent cost cutting measures make it challenging to keep up with the increased job demands and fewer resources to meet them. Too much emphasis on promoting based on sex or race, with little regard for the managerial or even technical skills of some of the fast track "stars"
