Huge turnover, some of the best people leave, lack of visionary leadership, poor communication , no idea how to compete.

Pros

I had a manager whom had weekly sales using belligerent yelling and screaming at the 10 of us every week. She actually screamed report me to HR! I've been twice and I'm not going anywhere. But you all are! After 2 years here I literally just resigned one before I threw up working for this manager any longer.

Cons

Outdated products with people using forcing customers to upgrade products by misleading them, then being rewarded as top reps.

Pros

Lovely building, all very modern and comfy. Mostly decent people, including the managers.

Cons

Emphasis very much on selling, even as technical support it would appear support is second to been able to cross sell/up sell. No overtime paid if you get stuck on a call past your time. Time in lieu only which is a pain. Very repetitive after a while. Insufficient staffing levels on the phones, month end is a complete mare!
