      Everyone I work with is awesome.

      Cons

      My review is colored heavily by the announcement of mandatory three days in office regardless of location. Don't tell us you've listened and don't insult me by insinuating that being in-person is how people are high performers. I spent a decade in a role in which none of my team were even in the same time zone and performed excellent work entirely from home. This mandatory change has a negative impact on my opinions of leadership. And I've been here almost 20 years.

Please note that our hybrid working approach is an important element of the way we work at Sage that is complemented by other benefits such as paid time to volunteer, the ability to work away for up to 10 weeks a year and free well-being support tools. We recently also answered several colleagues' questions about the new 3-day policy. If you've not seen this communication on our internal intranet site, it sheds more light on how colleagues will be supported as they adhere to our updated hybrid structure.       Enforced return to office

      Pros

      Generally very good people and culture. Plenty of interesting projects and opportunities to grow, while not being too pressured with workloads/deadlines

      Cons

      The company is now enforcing 3 days in the office per week, regardless of role and location(you may commute an hour or two to sit on Teams calls with the colleagues you collaborate with in a different country, ah well). Employees are told how much they're valued and listened to but this decision was taken without feedback or consideration from any employees and flies directly in the face of the companies "values".
