Pros

Sage proudly recognizes it’s top employees for their outstanding contribution to accelerate their vision of becoming a great SaaS company. Individuals can earn this achievement in a variety of roles including customer service, sales, leadership and operations. These trips are ‘once in a lifetime’ and I was honored to be recognized this year in Nevis, West Indies. The trip is full of excitement and action-packed days full of activities! Between boating, snorkeling, lavish dinners and networking with colleagues around the world; who wouldn’t have the motivation to strive harder and keep pushing to succeed. I thank Sage and the leadership for offering such an incredible opportunity and creating such a positive work environment.

Cons

I do not have any at this time.

Pros

Strong product with very clear vectors for growth. Dynamic international team fueled by desire to move fast; growth and innovation is all. Opportunities to learn, own, and deliver are everywhere - yours if you want them. Very sociable, multi-cultural atmosphere. People are extremely passionate about success of their teams. Downtown office with downtown perks; fun office crowd with rich social life - hanging out after work is a norm.

Cons

As a startup, the company is laser focused on growth and disruption of the market; this requires a certain degree of creative chaos and often leaves alignment, structure, and base levels of Maslow's pyramid on the sidelines. There is constant action - if you cannot thrive in a hustle, it will not be an easy gig.

Pros

Leadership genuinely care about colleague and customer experience, have clarity on product strategy and are clear on where to invest for highest value. There’s a lot to do but the future looks bright.

Cons

You need to roll up your sleeves!
