We appreciate your feedback and have read through your comments. Please note that our hybrid working approach is an important element of the way we work at Sage that is complemented by other benefits such as paid time to volunteer, the ability to work away for up to 10 weeks a year and free well-being support tools. We recently also answered several colleagues' questions about the new 3-day policy. If you've not seen this communication on our internal intranet site, it sheds more light on how colleagues will be supported as they adhere to our updated hybrid structure. More information about what we offer can be found here https://www.glassdoor.co.uk/Benefits/Sage-United-Kingdom-Benefits-EI_IE1150.0,4_IL.5,19_IN2.htm - Thanks for taking the time to leave your review. We’ll continue to work hard to improve how we enable colleagues to thrive.

Pros

Salary and people are good

Cons

Very backward looking company with too many old fashioned execs. Lots of words not any action with most of their core values.

Dumpster fire.

Pros

Nothing that can outweigh the flagrant hypocrisy coming from the top.

Cons

Lying about what employees have fed back about remote work/flex. Presenteeism. Cutting headcount but increasing workloads on strained teams. Linking bonus potential to office attendance which is tracked by key cards. Utter disregard for your mental health, pointing to silly apps and ineffective “employee assistance programs” - all just check boxes to appear like they care. There are more trustworthy companies out there that will actually treat you like an adult and not like a child that needs minding. The CEO being in cahoots with number 10 doesn’t help matters as the prerogative there is to push people back to the office to line the pockets of the already wealthy.
