Thanks for your feedback about Sage. Our comms teams have been working so hard to improve internal and external communications and there's been a lot of good progress - so it's great to read you saw this when you were at Sage. The working environments are fantastic and it seems literally every week we announce a fab refurbishment/new office - we've just opened a great new office in Frankfurt and Toronto . Thanks again and we wish you every success with your career - wherever that may be.

Pros

Sage is booming at the momento and there is a lot happening around here including internal opportunities and professional development. For women we have the Mentoring Programme which is fantastic and is happening all around the globe.

Cons

With a lot happening we have to be very cautious with comunication in order to get things aligned properly. But, I´m sure we have been dealing in the best way we can to make things happen on a proper way.

Pros

Not too demanding, not too difficult, pay is very decent, fun social activities every month or so, charity work with Sage Foundation is very rewarding, supportive team, competent leadership, lots of training provided

Cons

Unpaid overtime expectations (can be refused but you'll lose respect), occasional mandatory meetings after 6pm, daily mandatory meetings 10 minutes before 9am.

Thanks for your review. It’s great to read our pay works well for you and that you enjoy the social activities – we can see from #LifeatSage on Instagram that our colleagues in Kuala Lumpur certainly seem to enjoy themselves. Sage Foundation is fantastic in that our colleagues can spend up to 5 days a year to volunteer for charities of their choice and the team in Malaysia do a lot of this – well and an thank you! In Sage, we offer flexible work hour arrangement to our employees. We encourage you to discuss with your manager on a mutually acceptable alternative work schedule. As part of our Sage Way to ensure all new hires have a meaningful onboarding experience, we are diligent in ensuring that they are well-equipped and trained to be 100% ready to support our customers/partners. We thank you for your feedback and be assured that we will continue to thrive to make our employee experience an exceptional one.
