Pros

Surrounded by bright intelligent people of every possible background. Freedom to explore you on way to your own solutions. Clear communication channels to expedite resolutions to discovered issues to resolution. High level of inter and intra-team communications on all levels. Clean, neat, comfortable with many areas for "Think Tanks", meetings, and private conversations. Ergonomic workstations. Flexibility of management teams that afford you to express yourself and communicate to management on a regular basis. The final big plus is the commitment toward "giving back" to the communities. Not only are you allowed the flexible time you need to donate your time and skillset, they pay you to do so, and want you to go out and do it, it’s a big part of the Sage culture.

Cons

I see no downside or con. Some may interpret "Cutting your own path" and self-guided onboarding as "con", however I do not. It is a stretch exercise, and it’s great that it’s a barrier you must conquer on your own, it sets an expedition and is a hidden measure of your performance as an individual human being as well as a scale of your "asset-ability". It lets those who may not be the correct fit right off, giving them time to make their own conclusions and decisions.

Thanks for your review and it's fantastic to read it and feel your enthusiasm. Yo are right in every aspect - at Sage you can carve out your own career - but you have to work hard at it, as our CPO, Sandra Campopiano says, "You're the CEO of your own career". You will leave your comfort zone but it will help you grow in belief and as a person. We love possibilities, not limits. Our people are key to us and we find inspiration every day from our colleagues, - full of energy and the best we can be, it’s enjoyable because we love what we do. Thanks for your feedback and keep loving #LifeatSage !
