We have a high-performance culture and the rewards can be fantastic. The Reward Team work hard to ensure all our colleagues receive market-rate pay, this along with rewards/benefits means Sage is a great place to work. It's always an interesting question regarding communication. In a company of 13,000 colleagues in over 20 countries, it can be difficult to achieve. Saying that, we have taken great strides to improve this. From the regular Sage Live TV broadcast to YourSage, our brand new global intranet.
