Thanks for your feedback and we agree we have fantastic colleagues here at Sage and we are doing a lot to help our colleagues grow their career at Sage. so it's good to see this is recognized. The strategic growth plan is designed to transform in a way that will benefit customers as well as colleagues and this change can be difficult at times, we are working hard to improve how we communicate these messages. Thanks again for your feedback.

Pros

Sage NA is a great place to work - friendly, helpful co-workers, cool offices that are very laid back, competitive pay, excellent benefits, travel, paid training/certifications, and in my experience, middle management knows their stuff and leaves you to do your work in peace as long as you're meeting your delivery goals, but still knows how to give you a (deserved) gentle boot if you're slacking.

Cons

Executive officers come and go or are shuffled around constantly, entire offices get closed, corporate vision shifts.... It's difficult to move forward career-wise when you end up in a new department/manager every two years or so. I understand the demands for a business of this nature to stay relevant & profitable requires adaptation, but it gets to a point where you're tap dancing on quicksand. I'm sure this will all settle down soon enough.

Thank you for taking time to write your review. We agree with you that Sage is a great place to work - the new offices look awesome and our colleagues are just the best! As a business we recognize that change is needed, it's not always comfortable, but as we focus on the end goal (customers first, One Sage), we will be a great and powerful team. Thanks again and we wish you every success with your career.
