Thanks for your review. We agree our colleagues at Sage are great and the atmosphere is conducive to a positive working experience, so we are able to be a great place to work. It's a shame you thought it was hard to grow here. We have the Sage Talent Review to allow managers to identify top talent within Sage and work with us to help them grow. We also provide all our colleagues with access (and time) to use our fantastic Sage Academy with 1000s of courses to help colleagues develop and be the best they can be. These initiatives, along with many others, allow colleagues - working with managers - to take ownership of their careers and grow them.
