      Couldn't get out quick enough

      Pros

      None. literally - It used to be a remote position, but that changed under new management.

      Cons

      - Exceeding quota did not reflect in commissions - which were also capped - full time office under strict schedule - no overtime - salary employees changed to hourly - all commitments made by manager changes upon accepting a compromise - DO NOT care about their employees - esp the BDR/SDR team under Marketing and new Director - non flexible working hours - no growth plan - was literally told by my manager to look to another company if I want to grow within a company bc Sage didn't have the headcount and ability to move us up bc we were "too valuable in our position at present" - after years of working there

      Pros

      Did have a friendly work environment.

      Cons

      Management doesn't care about employee career paths. Career progression is non-existent. They made it harder for employees to get promotions. Change job titles so they don't have to pay the industry standards. No work life balance.
