Pros

Very few, made good friends thats about it

Cons

CBC management didn't care about their employees, lied and made tons of fake promises. Never kept to their word on anything stayed longer then expected because of fake promises i kept falling for. Not getting contract bonus for xmas as apparently company didn't hit targets but sage reached record targets this year....tried to leave a link here but I'm not able to but Google it and see for yourself Sage needs a serious cop on. Worst people skills ever. Turn over of staff is huge.....i wonder why. Don't listen to employees, don't engage enough with employees. Fake and filtered results and figures to make products look good. Managers refused to get rid of dead weight who did no work for months and dragged a whole team down - lost good team members due to this.

Work Balance, excellent benefits, collaborative environment. Able to develop programs and put creativity into place.

Cons

Constant re-structuring, deficiency in strategic view from HQ leadership (not the NA). My 4 stars for leadership goes for the NA team
