Pros

Cool product! Solid UI, and overall pretty easy to use. Flexible enough for most SMB e-tailers to take advantage of, and gain some clarity into sales. Also some great people on both the US and UK teams. The "regular worker" people are fun to be around, and great to grab a drink with after work.

Cons

Everything outside of the product and worker people. Senior leadership is seriously scary and deceiving. Another reviewer below stated it very well by calling them an, "Arrogant and insular management team." They do not value their employees, long or short tenured, and seem to have their own, personal agendas. Promises are often broken, including bonuses and career options. If you decide to work for this company, make sure to have any agreed negotiations on paper. There is a major lack of transparency across the company. While management says that the US is a focus, Brightpearl is still a UK centric company. With that said, communication is not good between the US and UK teams. New and improved functionality of the product are deemed ready to be "told" or "sold" to customers (even to the point where C-Level executives sign off on future availability to bring in new business), but usually are released well after being promised, leading to frustrated customers and sales people. Bugs are a major issue with most software companies, but more so with Brightpearl. New releases don't seem to be truly tested, which often breaks something important, which leads to massive amounts of tickets on every new point release. It then becomes a cycle where a bug is fixed, but that fix breaks something else, and so on and so on... Bottom line, the senior leadership team is untrustworthy.

Pros

People are great. Easy to talk to upper management.

Cons

Global led restructure/reorganization does not seem to have been planned out well.
