Benefits (past a certain grade) are in line with what one would expect from a larger technology firm Some genuinely caring co-workers

Cons

Overzealous global location policy: 60% mandatory office days, underinvestment in regional offices, very anti-remote working Extremely hierarchical management style: little opportunity for grass-roots innovation and bottom-up improvements A bit culty

Most employees are nice and genuinely work very hard.

Cons

No innovation and their product management org is really strangely set up.

Pros

Hybrid role. Nice office amenities.

Cons

Disorganized support structure with no true path for growth or promotion. Very limited training with high expectations of product support beyond scope of clients' support plan parameters. Management is not supportive and not even proficient in the database for which we provided support. The company felt very disconnected and boasts of values that are not evident in how employees are managed and how support is structured for numerous products.
