Thanks for your feedback. Our CEO, Stephen Kelly is unequivocal about our commitment to customers - it's about customer obsession - being straight-forward and keeping them for life. So, we only sell them the products they need. Interestingly, 85% of SMEs we surveyed believe cloud technology enables them to grow faster - that's what we want them to do, and we will grow with them. Thanks again for your feedback.

Toxic corporate culture

Pros

The regular working folks are a very good group. The company is a reasonably stable employer.

Cons

The corporate culture is plain toxic. Senior leadership shows open contempt for the employees in many ways, both subtle and gross. At Sage, career advancement does not exist. No raises, no promotions. If you are considering working at Sage, make sure that your starting salary is super high, because it's all you're every gonna get!

Thanks for reviewing Sage. Some of the behaviours your describe concerns me - this is not what we expect. If you see, or are a recipient of such behaviour you should contact your manager, People Business Partner or/and contact our confidential SafeCall line which is outlined in the Code of Conduct. We set our pay increase budget by country and take into account various elements such as cost of living, inflation, local market conditions etc. In most countries the raise is based on performance - this is no different to how most companies operate. On top of pay increases there also bonuses and uncapped commission (in sales) and if you are a top performer, the chance to get a place on Platinum Elite (2017 winners get to go to a luxury resort in Mexico with their partners!) Thanks again for your feedback.
