Pros

Nice building, good benefits, going through change hopefully long term change will be for the best

Cons

Bullying at sage does happen I know this because I'm one of the people that is dealing with it, the issue is bad managers who abuse there position and think they have the right to pick and choose who progresses and who doesn't if your not in the click forget it, if you speak out then don't even try for progression as your blocked at every move and given excuse after excuse, managers want you to keep quiet put your head down and put up with how they treat you, I think this is the culture managers have created to hide there incompetence, your honestly lucky if some days you see a manager on the floor most teams self manage, in every company you get bad managers but with Sage it seems to be the rule, if they cannot get ride of you they will hold you back, take your confidence until you are a former shell of yourself so you either end up on the sick which gets held against you or you look for another job, because of this and the constant change in targets being setup to fail with about 10 targets and objective to hit each month and staff not getting the recognition for the work they do sage are losing experienced staff at one time Sage was considered a long term career move, now the staff are leaving as if the building is on fire

Pros

Good benefits, nice office, great colleagues and some products are good.

Cons

Male chauvinist tyrants describe the leadership team in Lawrenceville, GA perfectly. This team has created a hostile work environment. Non-management colleagues are disrespected and will pay the consquences if you don't agree with leadership.
