Work life balance is great for colleagues and the Company itself, so it's something Sage endeavors to offer colleagues, so great to hear it worked for you. Unethical behaviour is not tolerated at Sage. We’re building a great business and it is important that our success is delivered in the right way, doing the right things – the Sage Way. Our Code of Conduct is the DNA of how we should conduct our professional and personal behaviour. It sets out the business standards expected and gives colleagues information on how they can behave ethically, as well as how to report any concerns they have about business not being carried out in this manner. We have just launched a campaign and there are posters around the offices with details of colleague's local Whistleblowing helpline to report any concerns they have. Unethical behaviour is not tolerated at Sage as detailed in our Code of Conduct, all colleagues here have access to the free and confidential ‘Safecall’ line in the event you wish to draw attention to any wrongdoing. To equip leaders with the tools and the skills, this year launched a new leadership development programme for 2,000 Sage leaders. Our ambition is to ensure that every day our leaders encourage, support and stretch colleagues to develop their full potential here. It will help them to quickly identify and address low levels of performance and recognize those that go ‘above and beyond’ delivering great service to our customers, partners and accountants.
