Pros

Culture Is a pro and what Mar Benioff has created unfortunately it is only surface level. Sexuality and Gender derogatory comments are accepted and tolerated.

Cons

Middle line Management discriminates against women. Set male counter parts up for success with better accounts and slam dunk opportunities. Derogatory comments against sexuality and being women is tolerated. Good Faith complaints do not hold water. Only a very few percentage of sales account eexecutives actually make their quota and are making accelerators. Quotas and territories are not consistent and products and messaging in Marketing Cloud have failed year over year. Employee Success/HR protects Management team. Do not use this process as it means nothing.

Pros

Will look good on your resume, Paid volunteer work,

Cons

Benefits are not at the same level as other tech companies. (Only 2 week vacation to start, no catered lunch, 401k only match $0.5 for 1$ you contribute...) From here my comments apply to the Marketing Cloud: No work/life balance, seriously..This is a huge one. In paper the (limited) time off/volunteer benefits sound good but the reality is very different. In order to take any time off (at least in the In the Marketing Cloud group) you need to find someone to cover while you are gone. Since everybody is spread so thin it is going to be almost impossible to find a colleague that can cover. Can't find someone to cover? Sorry that's too bad, time off denied. 1 month advance notice to take 2 or more days off!, 2 weeks advance notice to take a 1 (yes a single) day off! Are you kidding me! Forget about being able to have any spontaneity/freedom to plan a long weekend to decompress when needed.. Off course people are going to burn off. You may pick some valuable knowledge/skills working here but the price is too high for people with a life outside work.
