Pros

Nice people Relaxed "aloha" culture Inspirational CEO with a great vision Great benefits Free Food

Cons

"Bait & Switch" hiring/ recruiting tactics. You are "sold" false expectations of your role. If you are hiring for an entry-level position, please say so in the job description. Lack of support from management and HR (Employee Success) in moving departments or to a position that is at your skill level. Cronyism and people are quick to throw you under the bus. Lack of training on the multiple platforms. To aid in career growth and excitement about the product, all employees should have access to training tools and sessions.

Pros

Best industry leadership training. Excellent metrics for sales management and performance. Excellent pay.

Cons

Angry, deceptive, duplicitous, betraying management team. Lots of angry tirades filled with cursing and demeaning language. Threats and outward displays of anger were a continual part of 1:1 conversations. "High performance" culture was not defined and changed quarterly based on the business wanted to conduct layoffs. White employees were not fired for physically touching customers while persons of color were fired for "low performance" when they were outperforming other peers based on metrics. Leaders did not delegate appropriate tasks and then dishonestly used it as a performance issue. Peer employees regularly broke confidence by sharing confidential conversations with management leading to distrust in the workplace. These same peer-to-peer conversations were used in performance reviews. Leaders openly bullied employees in the presence of other employees. A business leader advocated dishonesty, and lying, when specific information was known but not readily available.
