Pros

The product mix is good. Global leadership is bunch of great people to follow.

Cons

The India sales mgmt has a clear objective.Get your people in the company at high posts and get all the performing people out of the company. Recent exit of all the performing people is an example of what is happening. If you are hired from IBM,ORACLE,MS,SAP you are treated like a god and given special treatment in terms of higher compensation, lower targets, promotions etc without any due diligence. Many a times policies are overlooked to promote people who are dear to the mgmt. We talk about equal pay for women, however there is huge difference in how men of equal work experience for same job are being paid. Obviously hiring from our competitors is killing our Ohana culture and making the environment very toxic for anyone to grow.

Pros

Amazing friendships can be formed. The overwhelming first impression is just how warm and friendly people are. Lots of opportunity to learn new things. Education fund can be used very widely. Learn from the inside how this company creates the positive brand to the outside world. Benefits are truly amazing. £300 a month to spend on wellness is excellent.

Cons

The pace. They seriously need to consider how they expect employees to keep going at the crazy pace. Stress and burnout at this company is concerning. Politics! Keeping 10-15 people aligned on your plan every time is exhausting. Not have the autonomy to work in the way you know you can is frustrating and due to the pace, you really only ever offer around 70%. Yet, the pace is mystifying knowing that there are so many people to do every little element of a job. Sometimes you are left wondering what you role actually is. I think some people make a career out of attending in-house "events". Old habits die hard and there are still (young) male sales managers that have high egos and do not treat people well - but they hit their numbers so all is forgiven. Never see head of HR at any events - yet people are so important?

Pros

Great salary Great benefits Founding CEO's heart in the right place.

Cons

Culture has notably changed in the past 2 years. Management is more threatening and managing by fear and reproach. Multiple bosses have encroached into my private life asking for justification on a personal day or the nature of other personal matters. Management goals do not align with team member goals which leads to management threatening you to help them with their goals rather than a fostering a team effort. Culture of reproach Leadership routinely "beats up" management which gets passed down to individual contributors. Contrarian views are encourage and then reproached. A burdensome amount of administrative work that gets in the way of your job. Employees get notifications to take action in too many places to effectively manage (email, quip, google shared docs, text message, phone calls, chatter, communities, etc)
