Pros
Standard perks of working for a Silicon Valley-based company (micro-kitchens with free drinks and snacks, free coffee from baristas, wellness reimbursement, volunteer time off, etc), top of the line pay, options to work from home (depending on role), and decent opportunities for career advancement.
Cons
For as much as SFDC prides itself on their corporate culture (it is admirable), it doesn't actually apply in reality, at least for support-based roles. This satellite office is almost never visited by upper management (directors and above) and they have absolutely zero clue about the day-to-day operations. The business analytics are TERRIBLE, so teams are regularly forced to neglect a healthy work/life balance to compensate for leadership that simply asks too much, doesn't organize, won't hire, and doesn't listen. Great product, and I definitely had high hopes when joining, but this place is a soul sucker and you're better off taking less and being happier elsewhere.
