      Relatively big budget; HR and internal employee engagement does a great job; team building event every quarter

      Cons

      Toxic environment; most people spend time on arguing and politics instead of actually doing the work; borderline racist - if you're not Korean you WILL be treated as a second-class citizen; most execs are expats from Korea and are condescending towards non-Koreans, reeks of corporate greed and corruption
