Pros

The benefits; the pay, looks good on resume. The pay is good because they overload you with work.

Cons

1- Strategic decision making is all done by the Korea head office HQ; HQ makes impulsive decision making and orders the small local offices around to execute things. Local managers have no power or any role in the strategic decision making. 2- No work life balance at all because of the work load; this will not work for you if you have a family. 3- excessive and time-consuming reporting required to management. Inefficient daily work flow. Careless about process improvement. Impulsive decision making that lacks proper planning. 4- big communication gap between the Korean management and other employees. Other-ethnic employees cannot grow professionally in this company because higher level positions are taken by Koreans from home country.

Good pay. Good benefits. Which is achievable at any other company

Cons

Don't work there unless you are Korean, because other nationalities are dispensable and have no value. Big communication gap between HQ/Korean management and other English language speakers. Military style management. They pay good because they load you with work and overtime hours (this is the culture). No job security; they lay off people if they're just not meeting the expected "overestimated" sales forecast. Management does not openly communicate future plans........
