      Pros

      Great experience especially in building resistance to stress environment. Supply chain management is excellent as well as marketing processes organisation.

      Cons

      Full of stress, no work life balance due to Korean corporate culture matters. Nepotism, career dependance on manager's non objective will. Forcing employees to drink alcohol. Lack of morality. Korean business managers under estimate locals regardless of nationality. No Korean no respect. Internal audit is sort of police with high authority to get rid of any level employee without any justification, purely following Korean managers' will. Clans inside the company rule the company and decide the career destiny of senior managers.

      Pros

      The company offers pretty nice benefits. Growth is very slow and hard to advance unless you excel above and beyond.

      Cons

      The company while strives for globalization of workforce, it tends to heavily rely on Korean Americans in the office. The works tends to be put a lot more on Korean speaking workforce than others by far. The company has recently gone through so much changes including budget cut and workforce downsizing and it has started to strain those remaining and cause stress and exhaustion of working lots of overtime.

      Good quality Food in canteen.

      Cons

      No Work Life balance, Firing ,No job security. They have forced 20% people to resign. A Korean is Baap of all indians. No security checks for koreans . It is a bit racial. Policy changes are very frequent. Autocratic environment . Only bug fixing ,No development. Don't come here. You will only ruin your career and self respect.
