No care for staff- staff are merely a number who are there to perform a role Expectation to prioritise work over family with long hours and a lack of flexibility Micro management and lack of trust from senior leadership Team unable to challenge leadership for fear of reprisal Very short term focussed with no effective long term strategy Internally focussed with little care for customers Very little collaboration between teams and divisions with a culture of ‘it’s not my job’

You can't even imagine work pressure. I was constantly reminded for working after hours and on weekend. When I asked for overtime, HR said there is no overtime policy and stopped communicating with me.
