      Cons

      Limited career path Opportunity within Samsung after the first 2 years is very limited. They will say they have a team dedicated to help you grow within Samsung but it is not true.

      Pros

      The people, the technology, the product discounts available to staff and their family/friends, free parking.

      Cons

      Environment is toxic. Long hours expected or feel guilty for taking leave or being sick. Archaic systems and processes. Despite efforts of team to make positive change, it gets stuck with management. Micro management at its finest. If you're not in the boys club or Korean, good luck!
