Pros

if you are Korean and can speak Korean, welcome to join

Cons

for Non-Korean, do consider if you want to join, they can pay you higher, but it is not a good workplace, is a toxic cultures. if you hire as a manager, you can only follow Korean BM instructions, no other ideas will accepted (don't think that you can always change the culture, it is not possible). Employer branding, Inclusion and Cultures Diversity only as a show, nothing will happen. Hybrid work as job posted, too early for you to happy of. Only 1 day in a week is allow to WFH, and is subjected to management approval, please try your luck to apply.

Pros

It's a job and that's about it

Cons

Useless, non-technical engineering managers Feels like there are more product managers than there are capable engineers them. The product managers here will all tell you when something must be done by and how critical their project is, but none of them can give you the details needed to get things done.

Pros

- Some coworkers are going to be friends. - Easy job - No Stress - Good health coverage - Flexible hours As long as the job is done, they wont watch your every move

Cons

- The job is useless and doesn't require any skill. Its supposed to be a marketing campaign management position but the only objective here is to make the campaigns delivering in full, no need to optimize for any KPI, yes you read that right, no KPIs are mandatory, so just spend the money and you are good. You will get bored within 2 weeks as optimizing for delivery takes 30 seconds of your day. This job COULD and SHOULD be automatized, asking a human being to repeat the same tasks of pushing buttons and sending reports is not viable. - High turnover (consequence of the reason above). - Big corporate structure. You remember typical company from the 2000's where any small change/request as to go through a whole process to get accepted. You will have it. - Corporate talk Your managers are robots that talk and answer in this very corporate manner that include too many polite words to create a fake sense of respect while being slightly passive agressive. Every person with a little bit of power talks with this bot-style manner that is frustrating because it is fake and not honest. Stop the corporate talk and get to the point. - Ad Gear/ Samsung ads doesn't care about your past experiences. You will have years of experience, degrees in your field, but still being paid like a 20y/o college graduate for whom this is the first job. HR doesn't really care about your CV nor your past. The promotion logic also doesn't make sense, performance, knowledge and experience are not the determining factors. Some people got promoted while being clearly incompetent or unexperienced while some others are still waiting. Be friend with the upper echelon and you will get promoted. - HR doesn't care if some coworker's behaviors are problematic If you think that HR will take your word seriously and try to help you, well, you will only be met with a : "Thanks for reaching out to us, we will do something". That's it. No actions or anything.
